    Additional Game Infomation/Design
    A long time ago in a far away place an Evil Empire governor named Chi-chi (not after the panda!) discovered just how incompetent he was as a governor, the players hope, faced with a visit by the emperor in a hundred or so turns he put his considerable resources into quelling the rebellious factions within his sector - before the emperor decided that he needed replacing.
    So the game,
    Governor (Computer player) starts with 250 homeworlds each having 10M colonists and 1M Humanoids (very important - you'll see why)and a single set of starting ships in the centre of the map
    Players start with 1M colonist and starting ships on the edge of the map.
    Scoring will be on with 1 pt per 10M world and native votes.
    The game will end when the computer player reaches a score of 8000.
    Victory will be based on the number of Humanoid natives you have on your worlds.

    I will be playing and will not be involved in the scripting
