Homeworlds are fairly basic with 1 mill colonists, but to encourage expansion you get 20,000mc and 3 extra freighters, and all other planets are abundant with everything. As cash shouldn't be a problem you won't notice that Pods now cost 50mc to launch. You can lay medium sized minefields but they only last 10 turns Food is esential for growth, and Wormholes are used.
