	New Dawn 2002-05-15 tru 2003-04-29 Host clausimu Turns 76 Map New Dawn Banter Board Selections This is no special scenario game. It is a small game in a poor universe. Host settings are set to "some" concerning minerals, natives and contraband. There will be a maximum of 10 players on a 200-planet-map to keep empires small and the required time to make turns short. Big fleets will be a rare thing to encounter here. Every ship is precious. We will have a gentleman agreement that other empires are not to be contacted if you have not positively scanned them yet or got to know their location be means of spying. This game is made primarily for the group of friends that survived (or got killed inside... *g*) the Phi Galaxy. After they've taken their choice any remaining places will be open for signup to anyone. Most of the players are of intermediate level. Host will be playing.
